Ok, I did some crazy # messing around just for the fun of it. This is not a reco for anyone nor is this any kind of advice. The is very high risk and I am not an agent, advisor or qualified/credentialed consultant.
This is a WAG. Just think it is interesting to play with.
If I bought $3,000 of NVTRQ at .15.
Total shares 20,000.
If company sold for $110million and there are 20million O/S.
Then the buyout would be valued at $5.50/share.
Selling 20,000 shares at $5.50 would yield $110,000 from a $3,000 investment.
Seem like fantasy? Ok. Let's cut it in half.
20,000shares a $3,000 investment gets $2.75/share and $55,000 gross.
Well, maybe those are green goggles too. Let's cut it in half again.
20,000shares from $3,000 investment at .15 sells for $1.375/share grossing $27,500.
Draw up your own values and assessments folks.
Always a tight stop, there is no reason to take any loss down here IMO.
Don't forget to recognize the worst case scenarios.
