Wayland Seeks Creditor Protection to Pursue Restructuring Plan

The Wayland Group is in advanced discussions regarding potential arrangements for debtor-in-possession financing and it intends to continue its work with the monitor and its advisors in connection with these potential arrangements and in connection with its consideration of potential restructuring transactions.

A fancy name to keep all of us "unsophisticated" penny stock investors in the dark. I learned the equity holders during this time usually WILL NOT get ANY of the new stock!!!
Shameful that the market makers and the companies themselves stoop to this to trick people trying to "play". We seem to have better odds in Vegas than the O T C !!!
