The company is doing good, the stock is.down because people are desperate.

The market cap is close to 240k, which is extremely low compared to their assets and even equity.

Really? The company let the stockholders down. The R/S came with one day's notice. The r/s was to be in conjunction with the company uplisting. The uplist can't happen because they aren't audited.

I think based on the behavior of management and not being able to get an audit done (with more than a year of promised audits) the assets and equity are very much in question.

Personally, I no longer will invest in non-audited companies. If I trade OTCs they will not be pink unaudited companies.
