Measured risk by paying attention to stop loss or whatever means you use to protect capital. Be prudent. Not betting the mortgage is one of them. If the deal comes through and it's decent, I'm looking forward to smacking the ask on the way up. This isn't the only horse I'm betting on, other plays have certainly been more profitable lately though I always look for volatility. Don't be greedy and take some green when it's there.

But I'm no advisor that's for sure. Just my opinion.
