Yep, their biggest achievement has been building fake engines. (And swindling thousands of people while staying out of jail.)

For example, in 2010 they announced not delivering a promised engine to Chuk Williams for the land speed record car, but an engine model:
https://web.archive.org/web/20150608052837if_/http://www.cyclonepower.com/press/2-3-10.pdf

POMPANO BEACH, FL, Feb. 3, 2010. Cyclone Power Technologies Inc. (Pink Sheets: CYPW) has completed and shipped a full scale model of the engine it is building for the U.S. Land Steam Record Team. The high performance Cyclone LSR Engine will power the streamliner vehicle which will attempt to break the world land speed record for steam vehicles in Bonneville, UT, as early as August of this year.

We are now only two months shy of 10 years later, and they've progressed to having a custom built car with a mock-up of a Cyclone engine.

And why are there no working Cyclone engines? Well, because of that evil conspiracy that keeps pointing to all the lies Harry and Frankie have told investors over the years.

That, and the fact no one has repealed the laws of physics which stand in the way of the "Schoell Cycle" working.

December 9th will be the 8th anniversary of the Shareholders' Open House where Harry told investors that all the technological problems of the Cyclone engine design had been "overcome". So eight years now with no technical problems preventing the engines from working, we are told, yet utterly no explanation for why they haven't sold any working engines in that time. Must be the work of that evil conspiracy...

Funny thing about that Open House, and not just the fact Harry Schoell wouldn't answer any questions because he "had to catch a plane." They videoed all the presentations and posted them to Youtube, including Kevin Bowen of Raytheon talking about a science fiction book he read as a kid, except for Harry's presentation. I expect their President at the time, Chris Nelson, was just too embarrassed by Harry Schoell to let anyone see him talk unless absolutely necessary. No doubt catching a plane was Nelson's idea.

Imagine that, being a big enough clown to embarrass a lawyer.
