Yes, the information is old, but factual, stating a minimum of 50% ownership of Fencemaker by FLPC.
If there is documentation to the contrary, provide it.
Also, it's FLPC that's paid thousands of dollars to keep the mining license active, as well as all the water and mine testing, not Silver Bell.
It's also Vogel's OPINION, FLPC is barred from Fencemaker.
