I agree with you Maxbet.

The market cap of Lode this morning had decreased further to 7.0 M. If one thinks that represents the market value of the company, okay.

But yes, to me Comstock seems terribly undervalued, especially considering the nonrefundable farmin payments it has already received in the last 18 months or so, the current price of gold, the real estate holdings, and the tailings reprocessing and mercury remediation potential that seems to be there for it.

If I were rich (I am not), I would try to buy that charming (and mildly profitable, I believe) hotel.

I have only two big worries, although they are rather huge:

1.The stock dilution needs to stop, ASAP. We are a mining company, not an ATM machine.
2. Corrado needs to be as straight and direct as an arrow with us, and his company as transparent as a goldfish bowl, going forward. Including both good news and bad news. No sugar coating nor quick paint jobs. We are not a used car business.
