grey market stocks can be good. this company was allowed to "piggyback" other sources of income while under suspension. the fiscal year end for them is 12.31.2019 so. people are betting on the companies new future endeavors - enterprise value could be higher than listed. its a "grey" area. cant really get any lower for pps. already went through RS and such. now may be the time for another chapter $$$$$
