when they diluted, the price was 2x 3x what is now. also, if you need liquiity to pay debt, what else can a emerging company could do in the short term? Any m&a can not be completed if you have red flags in your finances. just quick thinking... mmm i should start buying now or wait for a little bit more of panic til news come?
