OTC regulations say books can extend six months on announcements. In real time that can reach almost nine months. In other words, all these kinds of numbers can be quite old and nearly worthless, especially if the transfer agent is gagged. We know TGRO is worthless. So, it becomes a musical chair game and luck is the query.

Longs should use the position as a learning experience not to touch this kind of crap again.
