It's higher now. You would have to calculate the discount rate all the way up to 2039 (when the management rights expire). I'm not sure how to do that. But a good estimate would be $17 now.
They could have gone private for a dollar in 2015. I doubt many people would have complained. Now they can't let it go for less than $7. And even that would be a rip-off.
The market doesn't comprehend any of this it seems
