The Amtronix deal maybe closed but we don't know even if Quantum even got the second half payment of $500,000. There was no 8K sec filing on this subject just one on the first half payment and some press release which could be B.S. It is quite possible that this is the reason the 10Q is not done... buddy Steve is hiding the fact that there was no second payment.
