$BPMX in case you missed it, the biotech fund FTIF SICAV that now holds 20.88% of Bpmx, is a Franklin fund. Franklin Advisers Inc also holds 30% which indicates that Franklin quite possibly controls more than 50% of common shares. Nearly all of these shares acquired 3Q 2019, after Franklin divested of their previous stake. They are not new to Bpmx, and evidently see opportunity and value. Bullish
