Confirmed per ADSV No Reverse Split...

I received confirmation from ADSV that there is no reverse split here with ADSV. I was told directly... "There's no reason to do a reverse split. That's pure nonsense."

I was informed that it is believed that someone misinterpreted the 100 million Authorized Shares for the preferred shares to be for the common shares.
