Also on Nevada SOS site it shows under authorized shares 500 million and 400 million, both at a par value of . 001, without differentiation between common or preferred.
for a total of 900 million @ .001 for a total authorized capital of $900,000.
Now in the last 10Q, it was stated that there was only one class of shares and the Authorized was 500 million.
So their numbers are not matching up . Something smells here.
