It is not BS. If you change the share structure, then you have to change the prospectus, and re-submit. Which will then just invite more questions from OSC, who have already been going out of their way to throw up hurdles over the last couple years.

And you have to go back and listen the CC in which he explained why he restructured in the first place.

Not sure why you would want him to have Pref over Common anyway. In the future event of a buyout or something substantial, he can only win, if we also win.
