The X Train, currently in the planning stages, will be an excursion railroad between metropolitan areas and resort/casino destinations operated by United Rail Inc. Las Vegas Xpress, Inc. is now responsible for the construction and operation of the Las Vegas Xpress train station. This is a sixty million dollar ($60,000,000) real estate development project in the mid strip area. The Company has an LOI from a class 1 resort casino property to joint venture with LVXI for the development of the station. The Casino property will contribute 12 acres of their property valued at $24 million as part of the equity necessary to develop the train station. The Company will raise the remaining monies from RIFF loans and equity. The development of the site will begin in late 2019.
