The bumbling idiots at OWC WILL NOT be contacting shareholders that haven't voted. They have hired an idiot from another firm to do that for them, but only selectively.

Whatever you do DO NOT SEND IN YOUR PROXY directly to OWC. They cannot be trusted on anything let alone with your vote. Furthermore the information that they have at the bottom of the proxy statement is incorrect. The only shareholders that can vote at www.vstocktransfer.com/proxy are those whose shares are being held there. As you suggested call your broker, get the control number and vote at www.proxyvote.com.

The first and third entry are both dated November 14, and the second November 18. The concept of putting things in a chronological order for OWC is too much of a challenge.

Furthermore if you read more about the first entry, IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SPECIAL MEETING OF STOCKHOLDERS. It is about Stenocare and exactly the same as the third entry. Just one of hundreds of examples that illustrate a real lack of attention to detail.

So to recap do not count on OWC to provide you with any reliable information. Not from their own website, nor from their SEC filings. Vote AGAINST and AGAINST and put these morons out of their misery.
