Looks like - just this past month in November - they extended the payment to the Noteholders - but for ONLY ONE MONTH to 12-15-19, with a caveat that "IF" they enter into a term sheet for the sale of the GvHD program rights or a sale of the whole company - BY 12-15-19 - then the Noteholders agreed to extend to 3-15-20 (presumably to give time to consummate the term sheet?).

When coupled with the recent increases in volume at the end of last week, it sure seems like something must be heating up here IMO - but who knows?
