Big arbitration announcement today with TSX. LUN taking thirty percent of the tax credit in FCX common stock for equivalent FCX stock with a small up side for taking on the tax debt from the sale. This will help infuse much needed working capital for the larger interests the company holds.

Look for a slight rise then dip then rise with a sideways move to the left then right followed by an upward thrust then a pull back and another thrust.
