This was after Wang Jinlai went to hiding and Wei Lu was unveiled as a scammer. Then Han had a meeting with Richard Oravec and out of the blue released a WeChat post stating that Richard Oravec was working for him. Then Han tried to put his name (as the article you posted states) in NV website, then Wang removed Han's name and put his name back (Wang).

I never met Wang, but even though I believe the shell has much more chances being with him than being with Han.

Oravec commanded the shell while it was DOLV, that's when some people made a lot of money (from trips to $0.16). That's what I was referring to.
