No reason whatsoever that this $1M market cap can't run up to $2M. It has run much, much higher than that in the past. But just going from $1M to $2M would be a 100% return on investment.

My strategy is to temporarily ignore all the debate about whether Zimmerman has yet another patent-worthy idea for producing insulin or not -- and instead just watch the stock like you watch the bouncing ball on a roulette wheel. Where she stops, nobody knows. And yet the chances here seem far better than one gets at any casino.
