Plans seem to change frequently at HERB.

In 2016 it was the leveraged buyout
In 2017, the movie business
In 2018, we learned about the merger plan

I wonder what's next. The only thing that would make sense is a going private offer. And I don't think they will pay us $11. It will be closer to $7.
