Jefra: great questions. Taking a break from my Pats getting creamed.

First of all, who knows what the FDA will do, but from the big picture perspective, they will only allow something what has been shown to be safe and well-characterized and can be manufactured in a consistent fashion. We have done toxicological work on CBD Plus Gold at a certain dose. That's good and that's what they are looking for, IMO.

That said, I think the best chance lies with FSHE and Decarb FSHE.

CBD isolate 99%: I think that is the purview of pharma. I don't see them approving that because the "pure form" is an approved drug.

The FSHE and Decarb FSHE will need to come from a trusted reliable, agricultural source (genetically). That is, strains in which the genetics control for a THC concentration. This is us, I believe.

FSHE distillate: I don't think they'll approve. What is the concentration of distillate? What procedures are needed to assure a consistent concentration?

BSPE: I don't think so because it has a mix of isolate.

Natural Hemp Flower etc.: I don't think so because the issue is what is in there and what is the concentration of that which you are selling.

FDA is all about safety, and as far as I know, we are one of the only company that has characterized our safety in a sufficient fashion.

I'm no expert but this is my guess.
