I think that is Theresa’s gameplan; she said a update would come after plans for the RS would’ve become effective. The day the SOS change occurred, I was expecting to see it on FINRA by the EOW from the change. Didn’t happen.. Maria does bring a point that the last RS didn’t happen months after from when it was first spoken about. But there was no effective date on this one listed, it’s a 50-50 scenario right now.

FINRA can comeback and deny it given the history of numerous RSs here.
