Wrong! It’s now a regulated market. A consumer can walk in read a label and know what they are getting as well as knowing it’s been tested from seed to sale. The crap that was and is still going on in the black market grows is disgusting and unclean. The black market had a choice to make go the path of the correct way or continue cutting corners and dodging the law. Black market will look very different 5 years from now.
