With $5 million in annual revenue PACV should be trading in the 1 to 2 cent range right now IMO.

Post acquisition?

With potential 2020 revenue of $34 million to $37 million PACV should trade in the 7 to 10 cent range IMO, but a run to 15 cents or higher would not surprise me.

Going forward PACV is ripe for a buyout by a much bigger player looking to buy market share in the lucrative southern California food distribution sector. If Shannon could acquire another distributor and get annual revenue over $50 million the likelihood of this happening rises substantially.

I will be buying more PACV.
