keep reading the 8k over and over, as neutral as i can. 
What i get out of it is that MSSV is giving LAHO redeemable preferred shares. Not The other way round. So once LAHO gets those MSSV preferred shaeres they can then convert those into common shares of MSSV that is close to equal the amount of LAHO Outstanding shares. 

So im not understanding where some people on this board came up with ONLY LAHO PREFERRED SHARES are involved, when the only preferred shares mentioned is coming from mssv.
