MSSV will give Lans redeemable (MSSV) preferred shares that convert into a number of common shares of MSSV. This isn’t an exchange of preferred MSSV for preferred LAHO. This is a conversion of preferred MSSV shares into common MSSV shares, and then an exchange with Lans common shares
