DARK / DEFUNCT language attached

Question to ask yourselves , a Company that just completed a reverse merger / Dec 2018 / with all their hoopla, how is it that MANAGEMENT allowed themselves to have a STOP sign already attached to the public Company ?

So many times Companies should not go public if they do not know what they are doing / cannot keep filings proper / cannot submit financials in a timely manner

Makes you think how that particular company is run
