I have seen so much more activity in the Biomass field in the last year. You can find news now almost everyday about something in various Biomass areas, either research, or new development. The Government has also been making more and more grants for development and research. It seems like it would be the perfect time for a start up company with a good plan to get moving with construction. It behoves Mr Carroll to be investigating some of these opportunities.
