I agree. But if you would consider for a moment, the $240 million inventory run and the assets being over $10 million to start this next fiscal year, Mark may not have a choice other than to file, if the form 15 criteria is met. Although your perspective is valid, it may be irrelevant, when it comes to the first quarter.
