He won’t take my advice, but if we get enough investors together with specific demands, it may help sending a strong message to the Board. I’m ready and willing to get on a plane to NJ for a face to face discussion with leadership. I have had many calls with Dr Chan, but it may be time for a sit down discussion.

I have way to much at stake to let these guys mismanage this company. They have completely wasted 2019. It has been a total disaster IMO...through both trials and sales.

I can’t watch this stock price go down any further. Dr Chan has said hold on until 2020. I responded by saying that I can hold on if he could stabilize the stock price...which he has been unable to.

How does he expect to raise cash in 2020? Not at these levels. He told they have held off diluting shareholder value. I told him maybe he should have if he could have prevented a disastrous 2019. Go find the right people to manage this company.

We need a voice at the table.
