That's what it looks like. This is completely uncharted territory for me. But I do know there is a "lot" of money involved here with some serious coin on the table by members of just this board. "Risk aware" or not I would hire an attorney were I "screwed" out of even 50k +; If only to file a nuisance suit. GSCG seems to be developing a real reputation and in my, idealistic at times thinking, I would not want my public company name to have any asterisk beside the ticker. My common sense thinking is that to attract any serious investor you have to be above a certain level of reproach. Otherwise, let the class action begin. JMO of course.
