It appears the Pennsy (sig) email correspondence from the sec confirms ARYC deregistered. This makes sense since suspending reporting obligations can only be done if the company is current with filings. What message does that send to shareholders?

By the way, deregistration does not prevent the stock from trading as mentioned by someone here. Also, deregistering does not mean sec oversight has ended. ARYC is still subject to laws that pertain to sec violations.
