There is no formal statement from ARYC management other than the 8-k which made it crystal clear that their auditor RRBB ceased providing service to ARYC. Shareholder harassment of RRBB is just hearsay and speculation. The 8-k and subsequent From 15 fiasco are fact.

Why do people continue to refer to Mark when he is NOT the CEO? Looks very bad for any company when leadership is called into question. Who runs the show at ArrayIT? Why do people seem to ignore the CEO?
