Nothing left for LAHO shareholders, David is out of Lans, Lans will stay separate with no products, no reason for us to get anything, no obligations. IMO. Is it not strange to announce this on a slow stock market day, Friday at 8pm? Seems odd time for a 8k unless someone is getting bad news...
