Morella Corp Ltd (ALTAF)

I would never say never some Giant Corp might buy out ALTAF (there was just some suggestion about a year and half ago) but no that isn't my reason for jumping in big time for me.

I gave my reasons a couple of posts ago and this has been my belief ever since being one of the earliest Posters on this board. See Post #3.

What pushed me over to crazy mode was Director Allan Buckler adding on 11/22/19 a whopping 47,965,134 shares for $A 2,877,908 of his own skin!

A couple other Directors added millions more to their ALTURA portfolio. All the Directors and Officers have purchased a mountain load of shares which shows REAL commitment in my estimation.

They have Competitive Advantage, experience, and value for my money. Current Market Value is way lower than Book Value. So I'm all-in for reasons other than I think they will be bought out and gobbled up!
