When Daniel was asked, what makes you unique, and what makes you sought after in regards to the OTC Companies? He replied, “I as CEO have never once, and I mean ZERO times have ever sold Company Shares into the Market. NOT ONE, single Share. I have never diluted a Company or its Share Price. I also don’t pull an obnoxious salary for my position. I have however, always strived to be very transparent with both the Shareholders, OTC Market, and the Securities Exchange Commission. I have brought multiple Companies current in their Filings. I have also assisted Companies in multiple Mergers and Acquisitions. I have taken Companies that were in very bad positions both financially and operationally, and turned them around by bringing in new assets and operations. Sometimes this has only taken me weeks to do. I have always looked out for the best interest of the Shareholders and the Company itself.”
