Party City is a large company, just because a large shareholder sells out doesn’t mean it’s going under.

The shareholder may have just wanted to move on to something else.

As stated the company does fine with wholesale and online.

Share-price shock from such a large share sell but I’ve personally been upgrading/building their storefronts (electrician) for years.
