Super 8k next week for nihk... as for kdc...havnt been following it... but are you saying a company is shady because of the decline in share price?? Maybe it's the pumpers that make a company appear shady once they start dumping a stock down after they've pumped it up...Frank is not selling shares and has nothing to do with the price at this time... the man is trying to build his companies and filing the necessary documents to help make it legitimate.... The pps swings are controlled by the hype and pumpers... it's not on the company... the company is in the beginning stages... When things start to develop such as the skull dropping and more disclosure the stock and PPS will be a whole lot better minus the pump and hype.... Frank will then have control along with a confident shareholder base.
