Sellers from last run up are about done selling here....ask is thinning out....we shall see what happens with the offering getting qualified , the pending acquisition , and the prospects of him actually getting something big accomplished here soon in terms of building the sports complex...

Float is so low that this should run back up hard on the right news....once the offering (listed at .08) is approved, he’s going to have to make it look appealing to investors in order to sell out the offer.....if it’s trading at least @ .16 or so next month, they would be purchasing shares at half price....one day at a time here
