This is my personal opinion. The company has released news about a 9.5A land purchase and according to the company tweet, it can take 5 to 6 months to complete the transaction. Only $94.5 paid out of $315K of total purchase consideration. How they pay this? The only option is to issue more shares by way of increasing AS and OS.

In another tweet says that the company will be uplisted to OTC QB. This will need to keep the share price at $.01 for 30days. With these current price levels, they will have to announce a R/S in the near future.
