OK folks--here is my opinion---

50m shares set aside for the employee/employees----which they can purchase over time--

You can not set aside shares from the OS as the company no longer controls them---the company can only direct unissued shares from the AS----

This is long term thinking by the company---if you are looking long term, as into 2020 and 2021 you may find you own a very successful investment-

Asking Sterling to look into this a good move---
