Just because something is cheap does not mean it is a recommendation. Everyone has his or her own risk tolerance and risk tolerance needs to be considered before anyone makes a buy decision. Clearly ERHC has its risks. But it also has its potential rewards. Long term holders have already assessed the risk/reward and have accepted it as it is evident by the fact that longs aren't selling.
