Land prep will begin in early September to be followed by pouring of the concrete foundation and ultimate construction of the self-storage facility.

Key Man life insurance
On July 17, 2019, the Company applied for a 10-year term Key Man life insurance policy for its sole officer and director, Jimmy Wayne Anderson, in the amount of $500,000. The policy was approved in August 2019 with an effective start date of September 1, 2019. The monthly cost to the company is $59.38. The only way to make money it seems has to do with Waynes life.
