If Frank gives each and every one on this board a note for 10 million shares a piece... those 10 million shares would be useless for a certain amount of time.. most issued shares have a mature date before they can be sold... usually one year.. This is a similar situation... What frank is establishing should be a confidence builder... this man has million dollars in property... he's screaming up-listing to a bigger board... and he's doing things right as far as theses important filings go ...
