This is a death spiral.

And Mexus is completely broke. Converting and dumping is how toxic lenders such as Power Up make the real money. Not waiting around for PT to scrape up more heavily discounted private placement money and paying them off.

Especially since I imagine that PT's lies combined with the horrible performance of the stock which have made even the heavily discounted private placements unprofitable have almost completely dried up the well of new funds.
