Regarding RXair spinoff—- the buyer wants or will expand upon the Hughes Reactor which is incorporated into the RXair units. That is why they aren’t buying it outright. VYST would never sell. Consider this spinoff a trial run. And don’t think DaVita isn’t watching all this go down. HUGE things coming IMO. Holding for 10 months and adding all the way.
