As for this property, the fact that it sold for 80% of appraised value should tell you that as the property is currently being used, it is not meeting its potential. As for what Sam will do with it is a question mark. Seems a bit odd to me that one would be buying real estate in the 11th year of a recovery from a previous recession, but that is subject to debate.

Remember, the more distractions that management can provide, the more complex it becomes to understand the business. And since IVFH offers no guidance and despises its retail investors, I guess the people on this board will never know.
